Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs including ceilings, walls, flooring, and fixtures.
• Repair water damage, drywall, and painting as needed.
• Conduct electrical and plumbing repairs safely and effectively.
• Operate ladders and lift up to 50 lbs+; ensure safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks and job sites; organize repair materials.
• Collaborate with team and provide clear customer communication on job tasks.
