Watterson-Environmental- is seeking a Handyman Technician to perform restoration and preventative maintenance for properties in assigned locations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and customer-focused service.

The position requires at least 5 years' experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and travel as needed, while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid travel documents (passport/real ID) and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs including ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures.
• Address water/cosmetic damage and complete minor drywall repairs and painting.
• Conduct exterior concrete and masonry repairs as needed.
• Execute electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing repairs including leaks, drains, and fixture replacements.
• Ensure safety and compliance while working with electrical and plumbing systems.
