Job summary

Lindbergh Properties Construction I is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. You will be responsible for completing work orders and maintenance tasks for residential apartments and condominiums, working from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

This position requires professionalism, reliable transportation, and handling various maintenance duties, including painting, repairs, and emergency calls every 3 weeks. Benefits include a Simple IRA with Matching and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner.
• Must own your own hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Five years of experience in maintenance or trade fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain appearance of properties.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Assists in making ready of apartments.
• Must be available for on-call emergency maintenance.
