Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant homes and create punch lists.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks.
• Provide prompt service to residents.
• Complete service requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-call duties.

• Lift and transport heavy equipment as required.
