Job summary

Clear Investment Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Coves at Columbus Apartments. The role requires performing repairs and conducting preventative maintenance in a full-time schedule primarily from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of property management maintenance experience, strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, as well as excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management Maintenance Experience required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• EPA Certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders during the regular day.
• Resolve all maintenance problems that arise during the work.
• Complete regularly scheduled maintenance activities.
• Provide high-quality customer service when interacting with residents and staff.
