Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for a 472-unit community in Shreveport, LA. The role covers HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work to ensure resident satisfaction and timely repairs.

Requirements include 2 years of on-site maintenance experience and EPA Level II or Universal certification. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with weekend on-call rotation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances, and structural elements.
