ZRS Management LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and you will handle turnover tasks and common area upkeep.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
Time management and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to communicate clearly with the residents.
Ability to work cooperatively in a teamwork environment.
Willing to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3-5 business days and turnover checklist completion.
Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc.
Assist in preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
Keep work area clean and orderly; observe all safety rules.
Willing to work on-call hours.
