Job summary

ZRS Management provides maintenance services for resident communities in Florida. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled, efficient and professional repairs, ensuring high-quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, apartment turnover tasks, common area upkeep, safety compliance, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Support preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Update inventory with newly purchased tools or equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe all safety rules.
• Be willing to work on-call hours.
