Qualifications

• Minimum of one year property maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification to be obtained within six months of employment.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on properties.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and repairs.
• Prepare properties for inspections from various authorities.
