Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years general maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, or related trades).
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Verbal communication proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• NC HVAC/R license desirable.
• On-site within 30 minutes for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Identify vendors and complete related paperwork.
• Detect facilities deficiencies and propose remedies.
• Attend after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Work mandatory overtime when required.
• Escort contractors on-site.
• Assist with room setups and furniture moves.
