The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support Barton Hills Apartments in Austin, TX. The role involves preparing vacant units, performing general maintenance tasks across the property, and keeping records in the maintenance log.

The ideal candidate responds promptly to resident requests, participates in on-call emergency service, and reports concerns for repairs in vacants, models, clubhouse and common areas to help maintain property value and resident satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Records activity in maintenance log
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Performs on-call emergency service as required
• Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse and/or common areas
