American Campus Communities is seeking a Service Technician for 26 West in Austin, TX. You will join the property maintenance team, perform routine maintenance tasks, process work orders, and support preventative maintenance to keep the community safe and well-maintained for residents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established processes.

Formación

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Able to perform maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance.
• Must be available for after-hours on-call rotation.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; physical stamina required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work orders in a timely manner with quality and efficiency.
• Close out work orders in the system and track using tools.
• Assist in property turn and coordinate with vendors for efficient execution.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments for maintenance standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment per safety protocols.
• Escort and assist vendors on-site as needed.
• Keep shop, storage, and back-of-house clean and organized.
• Coordinate with vendor services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Assist with curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
