Job summary

Greystar is hiring an on-site Maintenance Technician at Harbor Park in Vallejo. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, and manage maintenance materials and inventory in a fast-paced residential property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/2 or Universal), state/local certifications for technicians, and a valid driver's license for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid state/local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs to meet safety and code standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule vendors as needed.
• Access and manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor on re-orders.
• Complete timely documentation for service requests.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning and painting duties as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
