Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician at Harbor Park in Vallejo, CA. This role leads technical and mechanical work to ensure units and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform on-call duties. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year maintenance/technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead/perform work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Lead/perform make-ready process for vacant units and move-ins.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies; track usage.
• Oversee property inspections via required platforms; ensure compliance.
• Complete documentation for service requests and reports.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and basic repairs.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing where feasible.
