Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Palm Harbor, FL to service residents and work with the Maintenance Supervisor. You’ll perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, complete turnover work in 3–5 days, maintain common areas, and support preventive maintenance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license; EPA certification is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days if required. On-site, full-time, competitive benefits offered.

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days.
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs across systems.
• Turnover maintenance on apartments within 3–5 business days using checklists.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior property conditions.
• Support preventive maintenance and inventory management.
