ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities include completing apartment turnovers within 3–5 business days, handling common area maintenance, and contributing to a preventive maintenance program. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Clean, safe work practices and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances and related systems.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Carry out common area maintenance and facility cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain organized work areas.
• Log newly purchased tools and equipment into inventory.
