Job summary

ZRS Management in Miami is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, professional services to residents. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the property in excellent condition.

The role includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, turnover work, and safety compliance. A valid driver's license is required, EPA certification preferred, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other aspects as needed.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
