Job summary

Paradise Management seeks a Service Technician to maintain the property’s physical integrity and ensure a safe living environment for residents, visitors and staff. You will correct issues in line with the Service Manager’s directions and uphold an effective maintenance program.

You will perform scheduled tasks, respond to service requests, and assist with turnovers, safety compliance, and emergency repairs as needed. A strong focus on safety and timely completions is essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to repair electrical systems and appliances.
• HVAC repair work; HVAC license is preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance tasks per policy and schedule.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Be on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Maintain records of maintenance, service orders and apartment make-readies.
• Assist with major repairs, replacements and contracts as directed by the Service/Property Manager.
