Job summary

Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. in Rexburg, Idaho, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our multi-family properties.

You'll handle routine tasks, move-ins/move-outs prep, and ensure units are in good working order while maintaining grounds and safety. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently, including on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of maintenance experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including standing, climbing, and bending.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and thoroughly.
• Walk property grounds daily to maintain a clean & trash-free environment.
• Be on call for emergencies, including nights and weekends.
• Complete work orders promptly and keep accurate records of repairs.
• Prepare units for move-ins/move-outs, ensuring appliances and plumbing are in good order.
• Paint and clean units with attention to detail for a high-quality finish.
