Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Idaho Falls, ID to support apartment communities. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, respond to resident requests quickly, and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues while upholding the Wasatch brand and owner mindset.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and excellent customer service, with a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call rotations for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, and pools.
• Superior customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Demonstrate Wasatch brand values and an owner's mindset.
