Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests daily for residents.
• Prepare vacant units to meet company standards.
• Track inventory and order supplies within purchasing guidelines.
• Regularly inspect property areas for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain curb appeal including trash removal and light landscaping as needed.
