Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment community
• Ensure clean and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors
• Complete make-ready tasks: painting, servicing appliances, plumbing, electrical, repairs, bulb replacements, locks
• Inspect grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment and repair as needed
• Keep maintenance shop organized and inventory of tools and supplies
• Maintain apartment community curb appeal through lawn care
• Handle after-hours emergency calls as assigned
