Job summary

URS CAPITAL PARTNERS I LLC is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to complete service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and building codes.

You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage supplies, assist with groundskeeping, and support cost-saving practices while maintaining documentation and reporting to the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks including diagnostics and repairs following safety standards.
• Ability to followPolicies and procedures for handling materials and tools.
• Experience supporting make-ready and groundskeeping tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per procedures.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing; create punch lists and schedule vendors.
• Track inventory, document work, and report maintenance activities.
• Assist with grounds, cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Occasionally inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
