Job summary

Strategic Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring safety and functionality of the property. You will support the maintenance team in responding to service requests and conducting preventive maintenance, with emphasis on keeping equipment and facilities in optimal working order.

The role includes making-readies for new residents, maintaining pool and amenity areas, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• HVAC and EPO knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain property amenities, common areas, and grounds.
• Assist in preparing vacated units and make-readies to move-in-ready condition.
• Ensure records and logs for maintenance activities (e.g., Freon and pool logs) are accurate.
