Job summary

You will diagnose and repair issues from resident requests, prepare vacants for leasing, manage inventory, and support safety compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and inspecting work.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using tools and materials efficiently.
