Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations, and safety training comparable to OSHA. You may travel to assist other properties and must maintain flexible scheduling, including evenings,

Qualifications

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
OSHA or safety-training familiarity.
Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties.

Responsibilities

Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
Track inventory, retrieve and return supplies, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
Document service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, painting, and upkeep of amenities.
Support cost-saving measures by repairing parts when feasible rather than replacing.
