Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per safety standards.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and scheduling required tasks.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors; tracks inventory and notifies supervisor when re-ordering.
• Documents service requests accurately to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, painting curbs, and maintaining amenities.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
