The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use, and adherence to safety regulations. The position offers competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs in a multifamily property.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification (Applies to Certified Service Technicians).
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident work requests and perform repairs following safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, tools, and inventory; report reorders as needed.
• Complete documentation for service requests accurately and timely.
• Assist in grounds keeping, cleaning, and minor repairs across common areas.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
