South Oxford Management in Connecticut is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will handle routine work orders across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry; perform make-ready for new move-ins; participate in on-call rotations; and use maintenance software to track work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine work orders including appliance repair and on-call tickets.
• Repair and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure apartments are market-ready and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
