Job summary

CCI is a nationwide real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management, and development. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean all equipment, buildings, and grounds to preserve structural integrity and upkeep.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our facilities, leveraging carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills to support our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required
• HVAC certificate helpful but not required
• A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
