Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds at our Prophetstown facility. The role focuses on preserving structural integrity and overall upkeep with solid trade knowledge and experience in property management being helpful.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, facilities, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and systems (roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, mechanicals).
• Immediately report health, safety, or hazards to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them as needed.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and related skills for maintenance and preventative tasks.
