Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs preferred.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA/ADA) preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and document work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the property and ensures a safe living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Assists in scheduling and performing minor and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Performs make-ready repairs and services on schedule and reports issues to management.
• Troubleshoots maintenance problems and suggests corrective actions.
• Assists in procuring outside services and vendors for contracts or repairs.
• Keeps grounds neat and free of litter; cares for landscaping as needed.
• Maintains records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Notifies management of safety hazards and safety equipment status.
• Ensures proper use of safety equipment and follows safety procedures.
• Documents resolutions to all work orders and contributes to reports.
