Job summary

The Cove Property Management in Easton, MD seeks a Service Technician I to perform repairs, routine maintenance, and prepare residences for occupancy. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and respond to work orders with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will participate in trainings, adhere to all regulations, and support on-call responses outside standard hours to keep properties running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on-call outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend to repair requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Prepare residences for occupancy and manage property services.
• Respond to work orders promptly and maintain safety and cleanliness.
