Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold day-to-day property operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, maintain safety standards, and fulfill service requests while supporting supply purchases and bids as needed.

Responsibilities include training, prioritizing repairs, inspecting grounds for curb appeal, and maintaining a proactive maintenance program to protect the asset and lease

Qualifications

• High school education required and English literacy.
• 1–2 years minimum experience in community maintenance.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure curb appeal at all times.
• Assist with turnkey operations if needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures.
