Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance staff and ensure timely repairs, safety compliance, and budget adherence. You will manage preventive maintenance, supervise suppliers, and work closely with the Community Manager to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English reading/writing, and relevant supervisory experience in property maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company training classes and meetings; ensure staff receives training as required.
• Organize, prioritize and manage service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to maintain curb appeal and minimize liability.
• Oversee turnkey operations; ensure vacant units are rent-ready quickly.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
