Job summary

Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment units and facilities. You will prepare apartments for move-in, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs while following AMP’s safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of general maintenance experience, with HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred, and a strong emphasis on multitasking and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of apartments for move-in, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs.
• Organize general maintenance, preventative upkeep, and repairs per AMP standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations and re-inspect before move-in.
• Restore units to make-ready condition and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests with strong customer service while complying with regulations.
