Job summary

RKW Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Conyers, GA to uphold property condition and deliver exceptional resident services. You will address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and pool issues across apartments and common areas.

Must hold HVAC certification and a high school diploma or GED, with at least two years related experience. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy items are required; familiarity with safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of related apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification required; pool experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while delivering superior resident service.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, exterior and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly and perform daily grounds maintenance for curb appeal.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, monitor controls, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Report problems to Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and assist with records of scheduled maintenance.
