Responsibilities

Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while delivering quality service.
Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools.
Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergency calls.
Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following RKW standards.
Maintain safety standards and operate equipment following procedures.
Routinely inspect mechanical systems and report problems to supervisors.
