Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Make-ready vacant apartments and coordinate inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials and inventory; notify supervisor on reorders.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; paint curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-saving by fixing instead of replacing parts.
• Participate in quarterly preventative maintenance; on-call after hours.
