Job summary

AAMCI-Management, Inc. in Maryville, TN is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to keep our residential community well maintained and attractive. You will perform general handyman repairs, address resident concerns, and help prepare vacated apartments within 5 days.

The role requires 2+ years maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and a valid driver’s license. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation and premium pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Address resident concerns and perform handyman repairs in occupied units.
• Prepare vacated apartments within 5 days to be move-in ready.
