Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained apartments and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare vacated units within 5 days for new tenants and maintain records of maintenance, work orders, inspections, and inventories.
• Participate in the on-call emergency rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
