Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day property operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues and help keep the asset safe, clean, and marketable.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, managing service requests, coordinating with vendors, and supporting inventory control. A High School diploma and 1–2 years in property maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure curb appeal.
• Assist with turnkey operations if needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
