You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handling repairs, inspections, and supply coordination to keep the property safe, clean, and marketable for renewals and new leases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training to maintain skills.
• Prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are completed timely.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to maintain curb appeal.
