Senior Resource Group is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support day-to-day operations and maintain the property under the Maintenance Director. This role offers room for advancement and a solid benefits package.

Key duties include completing work orders, making apartments ready for tenants, and managing inventory within budget. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and strong basic reading/writing skills to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• One year or more related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Work Order requests as assigned.
• Perform make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Operate within expense limits established.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Perform grounds work and assist with landscaping and related tasks.
