Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep apartment communities in top condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and routine upkeep to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, strong computer skills, and reliable transportation. You will work on-site, support safety initiatives, and maintain detailed records; opportunities for growth and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Know property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all tasks completed.
