Job summary

Continental in Minnesota is seeking an onsite maintenance and operations technician to deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more to keep the community running smoothly and residents comfortable.

This full-time role requires a hands-on mindset, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, and a commitment to maintaining curb appeal and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and using basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring and more.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the property; perform grounds upkeep and related tasks.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage work orders and track progress.
