Regency Multifamily in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on tasks across our properties, from appliance repair to turnovers, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices.
• EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)

Responsibilities

• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.
• Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
