Job summary

Continental is seeking an Onsite Operations & Management professional to provide exceptional resident service and maintain community operations. The role is full-time and pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour with performance incentives.

You’ll diagnose and repair maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, keep the property safe and attractive, and coordinate with a Service Supervisor to ensure resident comfort.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 100 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs to keep the community running smoothly.
• Walk grounds, maintain curb appeal, and deliver courteous resident service.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage work orders.
