Related Affordable in New Brighton, MN seeks a Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities safe, functional, and inviting. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while ensuring quality and safety in daily operations.

You will be part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional service to residents, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within the organization. This is a hands-on, non-exempt role with on-call rotation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
• Strong belief in teamwork and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests promptly and interact with residents to meet needs.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established timeframes.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; address safety issues with management.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Assist in emergency repairs and rotate on-call for maintenance.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance with supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
