Job summary

TRG Management is a premier property management company seeking a maintenance professional to support cleaning and upkeep across its Florida properties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient service delivery.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred), at least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels, and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to a disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools around the property.
